RITU BAHRI, J.(Oral) Petitioner is seeking issuance of directions to the respondents to grant benefit (appointment, seniority, pay fixation etc) from the date the other similary situated persons had joined the service. The greivance of the petitioner before this Court is that pursuant to advertisement dated 08.11.2012, the petitioner was declared successful and on 02.06.2017, the combined merit wise selection list was displayed on the official website of the Commission. The petitioner was issued appointment letter on 10.03.2019 without any benefit whereas the other junior candidates have been appointed before the petitioner. Issue notice of motion.

On asking of the Court, Mr. Kiran Pal Singh, AAG, Haryana accepts notice on behalf of the respondent-State. CWP No. 642-2020 respondent No. 3 shall pass a speaking order thereon after affording opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, failing which, respondent No. 3, shall be liable to pay cost of Rs.25,000/- to the petitioner. This condition of imposing cost is only to prevent the petitioner to run from pillar to post and avail remedy of contempt in case of noncompliance of directions issued by this Court.
