Rakesh Kumar Jain, J. (oral) The direction issued by this Court on 17.7.2015 was to decide the representation of the petitioner and to take appropriate action, if need be.

Counsel for the respondent has submitted that speaking order has been passed on the representation of the petitioner and the challan has already been presented on 11.01.2016.

Counsel for the petitioner, however, has submitted that though this petition has become infructuous but since FIR has not been registered under the relevant provisions of the IPC, therefore, he may be given liberty to take alternate remedy in accordance with law.
