Notice of motion.

On the asking of court, Mr. Vikas Mohan Gupta, Addl. A.G. Punjab, who is present in court, accepts notice. Petitioner alleges violation of order dated 24.09.2016 passed by this court, operative part thereof reads as under:- "In the circumstances, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to decide the legal notice dated 14.8.2016 (Annexure P2) within one month from the date of receipt of a certified copy of the order. If the respondents decide that the petitioner is entitled to all or any of the benefits, such benefits be released to her within one months of the passing this order."

Learned State counsel at the outset submits that in case no appeal is pending, aforesaid order shall be complied with at the earliest, in any case no later than one month.

In view of statement made by learned State counsel, no further direction is necessary. Disposed of. It is made clear that in case any fresh Ajay Kumar 2017.09.04 10:28 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document cause of action accrues to the petitioner, this court shall consider imposition
