A perusal of order sheets reveals that at the time of preliminary hearing of the instant contempt petition, the following order was passed on 01.09.2017 by this Court:- "Contends that interim order passed by writ court has been violated. According to him, the petition is pending before a coordinate Bench at the motion stage.
To be heard along with CWP No.1228 of 2017."

Since the main writ petition, bearing CWP No.1228 of 2017, has itself been dismissed by this Court, vide order of even date; therefore, no further orders are required to be passed in the instant contempt petition and the same is accordingly disposed of.
