Notice of motion.

On the asking of court, Mr. Rohit Arya, Asst. A.G. Haryana, who is present in court, accepts notice.

Petitioners allege violation of order dated 23.05.2017 passed by this court, operative part thereof reads as under:- "In the circumstances, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, respondent no. 3-Superintendent of Police, Ambala, District Ambala is directed to decide the representations/complaints dated 12.09.2016 and 20.04.2017 (Annexure P-2 and P-4) by passing a speaking order within a period of three weeks from the receipt of certified copy of the order. Disposed of."

Learned State counsel submits that aforesaid order shall be complied with at the earliest. In the eventuality, respondent finds that no case for registration of FIR is made out, he will convey the order to the petitioners at the earliest, in any case not later than two week's. In view of statement made by learned State counsel, no further direction is necessary. Disposed of.
