1. The petitioner has approached this Court seeking grant of anticipatory bail in a case registered against him vide FIR No.677 dated 26.8.2019 under Section 174-A IPC at Police Station Bhiwani City, District Bhiwani.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner came to be declared a proclaimed offender on the basis of an erroneous procedure and that the petitioner has already challenged the said order vide which he was declared proclaimed offender by way of filing CRM-M-55273-2019, wherein notice of motion has been issued and the operation of impugned order has already been stayed.

3. The aforestated position is not disputed by learned State counsel.

4. Since the impugned order dated 17.8.2019 on the basis of which the FIR in question was registered has already been stayed, the present petition is GAURAV SOROT 2020.02.14 16:16 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
