COCP-255-2015 The appeal against the order passed in LPA No. 505 of 2015 whereby order dated 23.07.2019 passed in CWP No. 19126 of 2007 was affirmed, has been accepted by the Hon'ble Apex Court and order passed in Civil Writ Petition and LPA have been set aside. As such, this contempt petition has been rendered infrucutous.

None has appeared for the petitioner. It seems that he is not interested in pursuing this petition.

Dismissed for want of prosecution.
