RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Instant petition has been filed under Section 439(2) Cr.P.C. praying for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to respondent No.2 by the learned Additional Sessions Court vide order dated 05.10.2021 in case FIR No.203, dated 22.09.2021, under Sections 323, 354, 376, 377, 506, 511 IPC, registered at Women Police Station, Yamuna Nagar, District Yamuna Nagar.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to approach the learned Additional Sessions Court, which had granted the anticipatory bail to respondent No.2, at the first instance.

Allowed as prayed for.
