Mr.Rohit Arya, AAG, Haryana Rajan Gupta, J (Oral) On the last date of hearing, this court had sought the assistance of State counsel and copy of petition was handed over to him. Today he seeks to place on record short reply by way of affidavit of Ram Kumar, General Manager, Haryana Roadways, Kaithal. According to him, orders have been passed in compliance with the decision in RSA No. 15 of 2006.
