Prayer made in the present petition for quashing the order dated 15.09.2003, might not, due to efflux of time, even be surviving. 2.
In para 6 of the written statement dated 26.07.2004, it has specifically stated that the pay of Narinder Singh was fixed at Rs.200/- on 02.02.1968 and not at Rs.210/- as claimed by the petitioner in the writ petition and learned State counsel states that CWP-1585-1981 filed by the petitioner wherein he had prayed to consider him senior to Sh. Chamkaur Singh was dismissed on 11.03.1982, to which there was no rebuttal by filing any replication.

Disposed of, reserving the petitioner with a liberty to get it revived, in case lis still subsists.
