Petitioner alleges violation of order passed by the writ court on March 24, 2017, Annexure P-1. Operative part thereof reads as under:- "In the circumstances, this petition is disposed of with direction to the petitioner to move a representation with all the records which he may want to produce before the respondent No.2 within 3 months from today (to enable him to collect all the documents) and respondent No.2 shall decide the same within further period of 3 months and in case it is found that the petitioner has been able to satisfy the requirements, would issue him the appointment order within the same period and in case petitioner is found suitable for employment he would be granted all consequential benefits except salary and allowances for the period he was not in service."

Learned State counsel, submits that the aforesaid order shall be complied with at the earliest, in any case, not later one month. In view of statement made by learned State counsel, no further direction is necessary. Disposed of. However, in case, a fresh cause of action accrues to the petitioner due to non-compliance of the order, this court shall consider imposition of exemplary costs, which shall be deducted from the salary of the officers responsible for the delay and/or non-compliance.
