Mr. Berry, learned State counsel seeks to place on record reply by way of affidavit of R.K. Goyal, Addl. Superintending Engineer, Operation Division, Budlada. Prayer is accepted. He submits that order passed by writ court has been complied with. He has referred to para 2 thereof. Same reads as under:- "2. That in compliance of the order, the total payable amount to the petitioner on account of 33% cut in pension has been worked out. The total amount alongwith 8% interest comes to Rs. 5,44,274/-. The details of the said amount are as under:- 1.

33% cut in pension Rs. 393999/- (1.9.2011 to 30.11.2016) 2.

Commutation Rs. 74275 (Balance as per revised CVO i.e.

Commuation Value Order) 3.

Interest @ 8% on Pension Rs. 76304/- 4.

Interest @ 8% on commutation Rs. 31196 (from 1.9.2011 to 30.11.2016) 5.

COCP No. 2562 of 2016 Apart from the above two cheques of `449350/- have been handed-over to counsel for the petitioner. Photocopy thereof is taken on record as mark 'A'.
