+, - ./ Mr. Chatrath submits that before passing of the order dated 07.04.2021, payment of all the retiral benefits to the petitioner have been released vide letter dated 06.04.2021.
The said position is conceded by learned counsel for the petitioner. He submits that all the retiral benefits which the petitioner is entitled to have been released and with regard to the grant of interest for delayed payment, the petitioner be given liberty to approach the respondents by filing an appropriate representation and the respondents be directed to decide the same in a time bound manner by passing an appropriate speaking order.
Learned counsel for respondent No.3 fairly submits that in case any representation is filed by the petitioner praying for the grant of interest, the same will be considered and decided in accordance with law by passing a SACHIN MEHTA 2022.08.26 15:37 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document P&H High Court, Chandigarh

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that keeping in view the above, the present petition may kindly be disposed of having been not pressed any further with liberty as prayed for. In case, after the decision, the petitioner is found entitled for any benefits, the same be also extended to him within a period of six weeks thereafter, as per law.
The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
