Rakesh Kumar Jain, J. (oral) Counsel for the respondent has submitted that the only direction issued by this Court was to ensure the conclusion of the enquiry within a period of two months. It is submitted that the said enquiry has been concluded and even FIR has been registered against the Sarpanch. Counsel for the petitioners has submitted that no action has been taken against the Gram Sachiv, whereas according to the respondent he has been charge-sheeted. Be that as it may, the only direction issued was to conclude the enquiry within two months which has been done. Consequently, this petition is disposed of.

In any case, if the petitioners have any other grievance then they may avail their remedies in accordance with law.
