Notice of motion.

On the asking of court, Mr. Rohit Arya, Asst. A.G. Haryana, who is present in court, accepts notice.

Petitioner alleges violation of order dated 18.05.2017 passed by this court, operative part thereof reads as under:- "As far as grant of interest on delayed payment is concerned, the petitioner is at liberty to move representation to the respondentauthorities and in case such representation is made within a period of one months from today, the respondent-authorities are directed to consider and decide the same within a period of two months thereafter."

Learned State counsel submits that aforesaid order shall be complied with forthwith, in any case not later than one month. In case needful is not done, petitioner shall be at liberty to seek revival of the petitioner. In that eventuality, this court shall consider imposition of exemplary costs which shall deductible from the salary of the officer(s) responsible for non-compliance/delay.
