(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in a case arising from Criminal Complaint No.9 of 2014 dated 27.01.2014, under Sections 452, 506 and 34 IPC, pending before the court of ld. SDJM, Mohindergarh.

In nutshell, during trial petitioner absented on 22.04.2015. Thereafter, conducting necessary proceedings under Section 82 Cr.P.C., he was declared proclaimed offender on 31.05.2016. The petitioner challenged the said order declaring him proclaimed offender in revision, but remained unsuccessful as he withdrew the same. Heard.
