COCP-2580-2016 (O & M) Stand of the respondent-Improvement Trust is that the order passed by the writ court has been complied with. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allotment has been made to the petitioner subject to the condition that he has to pay double the price. He submits that he may be allowed to withdraw this petition with liberty to impugn the action of the Trust.
