Instant revision petition has been filed challenging the order dated 18.10.2021 passed by the Family Court, Patiala, whereby, the petitioners have been granted interim maintenance of Rs.3500/- per month. After arguing at some length, counsel for the petitioners seeks and is granted permission to withdraw the petition with liberty to raise all the available pleas before the Family Court, Patiala, where the petition instituted by the petitioners under Section 125 Cr.P.C is pending. Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
