Petitioner is a manufacturer of bio products with the name BIOVITA. Grievance of the petitioner is that same has not been analyzed in terms of judgment passed by writ court in CWP No. 12536 of 2011. At the outset, learned counsel appearing for respondent no. 2 namely Jasbir Singh Bains submits that necessary decision shall be taken positively within two week's from today and conveyed to the petitioner. In view of above, no further direction is necessary. Disposed of. Petitioner shall, however, be at liberty to seek revival of the same in case any cause of action subsists. In that eventuality, this court shall consider imposition of exemplary costs which would be deducted from the salary of respondent no. 2.
