Present petition has been fled under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, inter-alia, for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned order dated 23.02.2021 (P-11), whereby appeal of the petitioner was disposed off.

After arguing for some time, when this Court was not inclined to accept the prayer, learned counsel, on instructions from petitioner, wises to withdraw the present petition with liberty to take recourse to the remedy available under law.
