HARSH BUNGER, J. (ORAL) Prayer in the present petition, filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, is for quashing the order dated 03.01.2023 (Annexure P-21) passed by learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jalandhar in case FIR No.101 dated 30.05.2018 registered under Sections 406, 420, 120-B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, Section 12 of the Passports Act, 1967 and Section 13 of the Punjab Travel Professionals Regulation Act, 2014, at Police Station Division No.6, District Jalandhar, whereby, the application (Annexure P-20) filed by the petitioner for grant of permission to go abroad has been rejected.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present petition. In view of the above submission, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
