 are praying for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for setting aside the orders dated 30.10.2024 (Annexure P-2) whereby the cases of the petitioners for regularization of their services have been declined. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the grievance in the present petition is in regard to status of the appointment of petitioners as per the Memorandum of Understanding (in short 'MoU') dated 04.05.2007 (Annexure P-5) executed inter se between the respondents, whereby the employee of the College was to be given the status of an employee of the University and all benefits available to the employee of the University.
