Reply on behalf of the respondents has been filed in court. Same is taken on record. Mr. Aggarwal has referred to para 8 thereof. Same reads as under:- "8. That with regards this para, Annexure P-7 is undated and was published during the period when the School remained disaffiliated. However, it is made clear that the competent authority of the Board has already allowed to register it's candidates online for classes IX/X for the Sessions 2016-17 vide note dated 10.11.2016 and all the eligible students of the petitioner school of class IX and X have been registered. A formal letter/order of the Regional Officer, CBSE, Panchkula to this effect has also been issued to the petitioner school. A copy of the same is attached herewith as Annexure R-3. The main writ petition CWP 11528 of 2004 is on the regular board of Hon'ble Mr. Justice GS. Sandhawalia at item no. 338, which was last listed for hearing on 16.11.2016 and is likely to be taken up again anytime soon."

COCP No. 2592 of 2016 In view of above, learned counsel submits that he may be allowed to withdraw this petition with liberty to avail alternative remedy in case any cause of action survives.
