***** Rajan Gupta, J. (Oral) Petitioners have alleged violation of order dated 21.03.2017. Operative part thereof reads as under:- "Considering the fair stand taken by learned counsel for the State, the present petitions are disposed of with a direction to the respondents to conclude the process of acquisition of land as expeditiously as possible."
Learned State counsel on instructions from Anurag Grover, XEN, submits that necessary steps are being taken. However, proceedings are held-up due to non-cooperation of the petitioners. Petition is hereby disposed of with the observation that respondents shall act in accordance with the order passed by the writ court at the earliest. They shall be at liberty to call upon the petitioners to participate in the proceedings. In case, process is not completed within a period of 04 months, petitioners shall be at liberty to seek revival of the petition.
