(Oral) Learned counsel appearing for respondent No.2 submits that students, who did not clear the exam can appear for supplementary examination in terms of notifications dated 05.07.2004 and 11.03.2014 by paying fee/late fee. According to him, supplementary examinations are, thus, to be held in March, 2017.

In view of the above, grievance of the petitioners has been redressed. No further direction is necessary. Dismissed.

Rule is hereby discharged.
