HARINDER SINGH SIDHU, J Learned State Counsel appearing on behalf of respondent-State submits that in compliance of order dated 28.10.2020 passed by this Court in CWP No.17850 of 2020, a speaking order dated 21.01.2021 has been passed by the Competent Authority rejecting the claim of the petitioner. In view thereof, present petition is disposed of as infructuous. Needless to say that it would be open for the petitioner to assail the speaking order, if so aggrieved.
