Prayer in the present Writ Petition filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India is for the issuance of writ in the nature of Mandamus for directing respondent No.3-Commissioner Employees Compensation Act-cum-Assistant Labour Commissioner Patiala, Additional Charge Fatehgarh Sahib at Mandi Gobindgarh to pass the sale order of the property lying attached of respondents No.4 and 5 vide report dated 09.09.2019 (Annexure P-3) and to comply with order dated 05.07.2017 (Annexure P-2) of this Court and award dated 24.12.1997 (Annexure P-1) and also to pay compensation to the petitioner.
