After arguing for some time, learned Senior counsel appearing for the petitioner states that he does not wish to press the present petition. He, however, prays that the trial may be time bound. 2.

In view of the request made by learned Senior counsel appearing for the petitioner, the present petition is dismissed as not pressed with a request to the Trial Court to try and conclude the trial within a period of six months from today. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
