**** Rajan Gupta, J. (Oral) Learned State counsel submits that litigation expenses of Rs.30,000/- have been paid to the petitioner. Proceedings against the erring officials are pending. On completion thereof, a report shall be submitted in the registry of the court. She, on instructions from Sukhwinder Kumar, Sec. RTA, Hoshiarpur, submits that necessary verification has been done and the relevant document has been supplied to the petitioner. A copy of the order passed would be forwarded to the Secretary, District Legal Services Authority, Hoshiarpur. Petitioner would appear before him, who would explain the contents of the order to him. Petition is hereby disposed of.
