Prayer in the present petition, filed under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023, is for quashing FIR No.90 dated 14.08.2023, under Sections 22/61/85 of NDPS Act, 1985, registered at Police Station Bhogpur, Jalandhar (Annexure P-1). Further prayer is for setting aside the orders dated 02.02.2024 (Annexure P-3) and 25.09.2024 (Annexure P-4), whereby Challan has been presented in the concerned Court and interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 27.09.2023 (Annexure P-2) has been ordered as cancelled. Further prayer is for setting aside the order dated 03.12.2024 (Annexure P-5), whereby nonbailable warrants and orders of proclamation have been issued against the petitioner for 23.01.2025. The order dated 20.11.2024 (Annexure P-10), passed by learned Judge, Special Court, Jalandhar, denying pre-arrest bail to the petitioner has also been challenged.

After arguing for sometime, counsel for the petitioner submits that he be allowed to withdraw the present petition, with liberty to raise all the pleas at the time of framing of charges before the concerned Court.
