 &'( This petition has been filed by the petitioner praying for quashing of the enquiry proceedings conducted by the respondents' authorities pursuant to a direction issued by this Court in CWP No.11527 of 2018. The petitioner has also prayed for directing the respondents to initiate legal proceedings (disciplinary and criminal) against respondent No.4 and other revenue officials for distribution of compensation in respect of loss of Kharif crop of cotton for the year 2014 in an illegal manner as well as to conduct vigilance enquiry against respondents No.1 to 3 regarding illegal distribution of compensation. The petitioner has also prayed for a direction to command respondent No.5 to deposit the compensation amount other than the loss caused by white flies of kharif crop of cotton for the year 2014.

We have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and it is observed that this is the third round of litigation taken up by the petitioner in this public interest litigation. This Court vide order dated 29.04.2019 passed in CWP No.11527 of 2018 had already directed the respondents' authorities to conduct an enquiry with participation of the petitioner and others and pursuant thereto the authorities have also done so.         )* In the circumstances, we do not find any reason to entertain the issues raised by the petitioner or to conduct any further enquiry in this public interest litigation. The petition is accordingly dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to take up civil, criminal and other matters before the competent forum, if so maintainable.
