Learned counsel for the respondents has placed on record the receipt showing deposit of `10,000/- in pursuance of the order passed by this Court on 01.12.2016.

The contempt petition is filed for violation of the order dated 22.07.2014 vide which the parties were directed to maintain status quo as it existed on the said date with respect to the street in question in view of the revision having been filed by the plaintiffs against the order dated 21.05.2014 passed by both the Courts below, vide which the application for ad interim injunction had been declined. It is not disputed that the revision against the order dated 21.05.2014 has since been dismissed and even the suit filed by the plaintiffs stands dismissed.
