(Oral) On the last date of hearing i.e on 09.01.2024, the following order was passed:- "1 Through the instant petition, as instituted under Section 438 of the Cr.P.C., the petitioner has sought the concession of anticipatory bail, in case FIR No.300 dated 31.10.2023, under Sections 406/420 of the IPC, registered at P.S. Sadar Ratia, District Fatehabad.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a purely civil dispute has deliberately been disguised as a criminal offence. In fact, the petitioner himself has disputed the execution of the agreement to sell concerned, which was allegedly given by him to the complainant, as security, as he was a client of his commission agent shop.

Notice of motion for 07.03.2024.

Mr. Bhupender Singh, D.A.G., Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of respondent-State of Haryana.

In the meantime, the petitioner is directed to join the investigation and to appear before the investigating agency, as and when called upon to do so. In the event of his arrest, he shall be admitted to interim bail on his furnishing bail bonds to the GEETA RANI 2024.03.13 11:48 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in pursuance of the order dated 09.01.2024, the petitioner had joined the investigation. Learned State counsel, on instructions from SI Dharampal, submits that the petitioner had joined the investigation and he is not required for any further custodial interrogation. In view of the statement made by learned State counsel, the interim order dated 09.01.2024, is hereby made absolute subject to the conditions as envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
