Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that if respondentState to decide the appeal on merits, the petitioner will file an appropriate appeal within a period of one month from today. Learned State counsel submits that in case, any appeal is received on the hands of the petitioner against the impugned order of punishment (Annexure P-15), the same will be decided in accordance with law on merits by passing a speaking order.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the statement made by the learned State counsel, the present petition be disposed POONAM 2024.11.13 10:29 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

of having been not pressed any further with liberty to file an appropriate appeal within a period of 3 months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
