(Oral) The grievance of the petitioner in this Writ Petition is that the persons whose disability is aggravated by a military service are not being considered for appointment to post of the District Sainik and Ardh Sainik Welfare Officer made under the Haryana Defence Services Welfare Department (Group A) Service Rules, 1999, and the benefit is being restricted only to low medical category officers whose disability is attributable to the military service.

Counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner has made Annexure P-4 representation to respondent No.1 and Annexure P-5 representation to respondent No.2 in this regard, and that the said representations have not been considered by the said respondents. Notice of motion.

Mr. Hitesh Pandit, Addl. A.G., Haryana accepts notice on behalf of respondents-State, and states that he has no objection if the representations made by the petitioner are directed to be considered by respondent Nos. 1 and 2 respectively within a specified time frame.
