Rajan Gupta, J (Oral) Petitioner alleges violation of order dated 25.2.2016 passed by a coordinate bench (Fatehdeep Singh, J), which reads as under: - "The present petition is disposed off with the direction to official respondents to consider the case of the petitioner and to take into account representation if any filed by him and to ensure protection of life and personal liberty of the petitioner. Petitioner shall be at liberty to take appropriate remedy before appropriate forum regarding possession of the house."
Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI-Kashmiri Lal, states that petitioner is a proclaimed offender. As and when he appears before the police, necessary action as directed by this court in the aforesaid order shall be taken.
In view of stand taken by the State counsel, no interference is called for at this stage. Dismissed.
