It appears that no cause of action survives in this petition in view of the stand taken by the respondent-Management of DAV Shakergarh High School Gurdaspur. Same is, thus, disposed of. Learned counsel for the petitioners shall, however, be at liberty to seek revival of the petition in case any cause of action survives.
