(Oral) Learned counsel for the respondent submits that in pursuance of order passed by this Court on 04.02.2016, the petitioner has already been paid revised gratuity, revised pension arrears as well as the interest. Learned counsel for the respondent also submits that the qualifying service has been considered from the date of initial appointment. A short reply by way of affidavit of Sh. Ravinder Singh, Managing Director, Pepru Road Transport Corporation, Patiala is also on record wherein the facts as argued by learned counsel for the respondent have been mentioned.
Since the benefits have been granted, nothing survives in the present petition.
