The present contempt petition has been filed under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1974, seeking initiation of contempt proceedings against the respondents for their alleged willful disobedience of the order dated 17.01.2005 (Annexure P-1) passed by this Court. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the present contempt petition has been instituted on account of non-compliance of the order dated 17.01.2005 (Annexure P-1) passed in RSA No.1584-2000, whereby the respondents/appellants were restrained from alienating the property in dispute in any manner.

It is further submitted that in the main case bearing RSA No.1584-2000, the parties have amicably resolved their dispute and have executed a compromise-cum-settlement deed dated 14.11.2025. In -1SHUBHAM 2026.01.29 17:05 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document/order

pursuance thereof, the main case has been withdrawn today itself by the appellants and in view of said compromise, learned counsel submits that the petitioner do not wish to pursue the present contempt petition and accordingly seeks permission to withdraw the same. 4.

In view of the above, the present contempt petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, both the parties shall remain bound by their respective obligations as recorded in the mutual compromise-cumsettlement deed dated 14.11.2025. 5.

All pending application(s), if any, stand disposed of accordingly.
