Prayer in this petition filed under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023, is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in FIR No.193 dated 25.08.2024 registered under Sections 331(4), 305, 238 of BNS, 2023, at Police Station Kotwali, Kapurthala District Kapurthala. 2.

The case has been called twice since morning and despite that there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. It appears that neither the petitioner nor his counsel is interested in pursuing the present petition.
