Present petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for seeking pre-arrest bail to the petitioner(s) in case FIR No. 147 dated 25.08.2018, registered under Section(s) 307, 452, 506, 427, 148 & 149 IPC at Police Station City Malout, District Sri Muktsar Sahib.

Harraj Singh, Assistant Sub Inspector, who is the Investigating Officer of the case, is present in the Court and submitted that petitioner has already joined the investigation and he is not required for further investigation in any way.

Having considered the submissions made by the Investigating Officer and taking into consideration the allegations levelled against the petitioner in the FIR, the present petition is accepted and order dated 15.01.2019, passed by this Court, granting interim pre-arrest bail to the petitioner, is made absolute.
