(ORAL) The present peƟƟon has been filed under ArƟcles 226/227 of ConsƟtuƟon of India read with SecƟon 482 Cr.P.C seeking appropriate direcƟon to respondents No. 2 and 3 to protect the life and liberty of the peƟƟoners and their family members at the hands of private respondents.

In compliance of order dated 25.05.2023, status report dated 14.07.2023 filed by State counsel today in the Court is taken on record. State counsel submits that there is no threat percepƟon.

However, considering the fact that peƟƟon was filed way back on 04.01.2023 and aŌer the alleged threat of 09.01.2023 the peƟƟoner counsel does not point out any other intrusions.

Given above, the present peƟƟon stands disposed of with liberty to the peƟƟoner to approach the concerned Senior Superintendent of Police in case of any fresh threat percepƟons. In case, the peƟƟoner approaches the concerned Senior Superintendent of Police, he shall take acƟon without any dealy and provide security to him on day to day analysis. All pending miscellaneous applicaƟons, if any, stand disposed of. This order shall eclipse aŌer thirty days from today.
