(Oral) Feeling aggrieved by non-grant of filial compensation to claimants Ram Kumar and Vikas Kumar by Motor Accidents Claims Tribuna, Rewari, while awarding compensation to all the three claimants, on account of death of Deva Nand, in a motor vehicular accident, the claimants have approached this Court by way of filing the present appeal.

However, the Apex Court in Civil Appeal Nos. 24102412/2023 (SLP ( C) Nos. 11669-11671/2020, titled as Shri Ram General Insurance Co. Ltd. vs. Bhagat Singh Rawat and others, decided on 27.3.2023, has clarified that that total compensation of BANITA CHUGH 2023.04.26 18:04 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

FAO No. 1280 of 2022 -2Rs.40,000/- is to be awarded to all the claimants under the Head loss of filial consortium. Therefore, this plea is not available to the appellant-claimants. No other argument has been advanced. Therefore, the appeal cannot proceed further and is dismissed accordingly.
