Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and while refraining from making any expression as regards merits of the case or as regards averments made in the petition, the petition is disposed off with a direction to respondent No.2 - Superintendent of Police, Palwal, District Palwal, to look into the matter and to ensure that the matter pertaining to FIR No.26 dated 30.1.2023 registered at Police Station Mundkati, District Palwal, under Sections 420, 406, 120-B of Indian Penal Code, 1860 is got investigated fairly and expeditiously in accordance with law, so that a final report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. is prepared and presented at the earliest. 2.
