Petitioner filed CWP 2667/2016 alleging that his transfer from Government Primary School,Shamlo Khurd,Block Julana,Distt.Jind to Government Primary School,Khatla,Block Safidon,District Jind was contrary to the Transfer Policy framed by the State Government. The said writ petition was disposed of vide order dated 21.9.2016 by this Court by directing respondent concerned to take a final decision on the representation to be made by the petitioner within a period of seven days from the date of submission of such representation.

Now alleging disobedience of said order instant contempt has been filed.

Upon notice, reply by way of affidavit of Mr.SS Phulia, Rajinder Parshad Joshi 2017.04.21 10:10 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

COCP 2667/2016 Director, Elementary Education,Haryana has been filed stating therein that in compliance with the directions of this Court, a speaking order dated 22.12.2016(R-1) has been passed.

In view of the above, no further action is warranted in the instant petition.

Dismissed as infructuous.
