       Affidavit on behalf of the respondents has been filed today in the Court placing on record the subsequent events as well as the decision taken by the respondent-authorities to cancel the tender in question. It is stated that the tender in question assailed by the petitioner has already been cancelled by the authorities and therefore, the petition filed by the petitioner be dismissed as having rendered infructuous.

In view of the aforesaid affidavit and the statement made by learned counsel for the respondents, the petition is dismissed as having rendered infructuous.
