NIRMALJIT KAUR, J. (ORAL) Learned counsel for the petitioner have placed on record the calculation, which is taken on record.

Admittedly, the substantial amount has been paid. Learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute that the said amount has since been paid but states that he does not want to press the present contempt petition and reserves his right qua the balance amount, still required to be paid by the respondents.

At this stage, learned counsel for respondent No.2 too has pointed out that in fact they have paid the amount subject to outcome of the writ petition, which is still pending.

The contempt petition is accordingly disposed of in terms of the statements made by learned counsel for the petitioner and respondent No.2. The rule issued against the respondent(s) stands discharged. March 14, 2019 ( NIRMALJIT KAUR ) meenuss JUDGE 1.
