The present petition has been filed by the tenant-petitioner against the concurrent findings recorded by the Rent Controller and the Appellate Authority.

As per the E-Courts website of District Courts Narnaul, in the execution petition, the possession of the premises has already been taken by respondent No.1-landlord and the execution petition stands dismissed being fully satisfied vide order dated 05.09.2023 and hence the present petition has since been rendered infructuous.
