(Oral) In the writ petition filed by the petitioner, the prayer was made to direct the respondents therein to consider her claim for transfer to the Government Elementary School at Anjodha Kalan, Samania Gate, Behal or Dewal. The said writ petition was disposed of on 31.07.2015 with a direction to the respondents therein to consider and decide claim of the petitioner, set out in the representation dated 01.07.2015, strictly in accordance with law.

This petition is filed for the alleged willful disobedience of the order dated 31.07.2015, in which, after notice, the respondents had filed reply on behalf of the District Education Officer (Elementary Education), Patiala on behalf of respondent No.2 and 3, in which it is averred that the petitioner has been transferred to the Government Elementary School, Seona Block, Patiala-III, District Patiala, on her own asking vide application dated 11.02.2016.

In view thereof, nothing survives in this petition. Dismissed.
