(ORAL) At the outset, learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Salwinder Singh, has brought to the notice of this Court that petitioner No.2 is an accused in FIR No.76 dated 18.12.2024 registered at Police Station Kabirpur, District Kapurthala, at the instance of father of petitioner No.1 for offences under Sections 137(2), 96 and 61(2) of the BNS.

In view of the instructions received by the learned State counsel, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press the instant petition.
